saw the sistine chapel ceiling
thank you, michelangelo

and st. peter's basilica's ceiling
with bernini's little canopy there on the right

i'm not sure who this is
sweet britches

saw st. peter's basilica from the other side
(every painting inside is a mosaic
apparently they last longer)

and learned that when you stand on this circle in the plaza..

all of the columns in front of you line up perfectly
*disclaimer* i wasn't standing on the circle here
